Mark is widely recognised as a facilitator, coach and speaker for organisations that want to create culture change and build great leaders with impact. With his team at ODG Solutions, Mark is sought after to bring transformational change initiatives to organisations, as well as provide training on culture and strategy through multi-level business programs.
Culture has been an area Mark has been interested in since working throughout his teens and university years. He often noted the difference in morale, engagement and productivity based on different leadership styles, leadership teams and also the general work environment. Following experiences working for a number of organisations post university, and learning from the good, and seeing how quickly a culture change shift, and having worked with mover than 200 organisations in a consulting capacity, Mark felt that there was an opportunity to help organisations understand what culture actually is, learn how to evaluate it and put in place ways to develop or shift it.
Mark has worked with large organisations throughout his career such as IKEA, Coca Cola, BHP Billiton, British Aerospace, SANTOS, Vodafone and Allianz. He is proud of the work ODG Solutions also does with small to medium sized organisations and how he and his team have been able to work with these organisations over time to create true culture change. Mark is currently working with organisations in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Currently Mark Chairs the board of a Not-For-Profit organisation supporting adults with anxiety and depression. Mark is Deputy Chair on another board, a NFP health provider delivering primary youth health, youth mental health and Indigenous support throughout regional Western Australia. Mark is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mark is based in Perth and through the ODG Solutions team can deliver programs and initiatives across Australia and South East Asia.
